  Rebecca Taylor worked in several Oregon hospitals for a decade after becoming a certified nurse in that state. Her diverse experience comprised inpatient and outpatient settings, including brain injury, rehabilitation, orthopedics, substance abuse and occupational injury. She became a certified case manager in 2003 and joined the Lake Oswego, Oregon, office of PACBLU in 2006.
