I think think this company is the best in all of Hawaii as Cindy is kind, generous and friendly; she helped me in ways that I cannot explain. I truly love my Lenovo T-61 and she helped me replace the power cord, supplied me a back-up battery pack and enjoys singing telegrams...WITHOUT Island Tech and Cindy, i think I would have given up on computer life as we know it. I am now accomplishing goals, soliciting new business and earning cold hard and clean money with my laptop computer. I am no longer afraid to challenge myself with today's technology.

Completely insulted by staff, horrible experience!

Worst service in town. Staff is very unprofessional and rude. As a paying customer, I expect to get professional service done. This is not the place to go
