      Dr. Howell is a board certified dermatologist. She earned her undergraduate degree from Boston College and her MD from Georgetown University. Dr. Howell served in the US Army for 8 years where she completed her residency in dermatology at National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD. She previously served as the Chief of Dermatology at Ireland Army Community Hospital in Fort Knox, KY. Dr. Howell has been named one of Honolulu Magazines Top Doctors in Hawaii.
