Mason and Kelly Cummings bought Maui Tacos Oahu in late 2019 when the Kailua location became available for purchase. The Cummings had always been fans of the Maui Tacos restaurant since their family moved to Kailua part-time years before. Purchasing the restaurant gave them the opportunity to make Hawaii their permanent home which allows them to dedicate their time to being hands-on owner/operators who work in a strong partnership with their staff.
