Macadamia nut pancakes along is worth the trip from Honolulu to Kailua....

First off, THUMBS UP on the Mac Pancakes! but...depends on the wait...Mother's Day, someone ordered like 15+ take out orders (saw them carry it out). Seems like staff concentrated on that only, and the customers in the restaurant did not get their orders until that take-out order was done. A friend of mine who had gotten on the wait list 10 minutes earlier, was not eating until about an hour later. Normally it's a 20-minute wait from arrival to dining...that's well worth the GREAT PANCAKES. Waiting an hour? Hmmm...well, maybe not. I think the next time we'll order our pancakes to go, then eat at Lanikai Beach! But believe me, the pancakes are VERY GOOD!...
