Built in 2002, Skyline’s Haleakalā 5-line Haleakalā zipline tour was the first commercial zipline in the country, and the company followed that up by creating a Kaanapali zipline tour and tours on The Big Island and Kaui. Skyline is proud to be Hawaii’s eco-friendliest zipline company, planting over 8,000 native Hawaiian trees on Haleakalā, joining 1% for the planet and giving over $1.5 million to conservation and other nonprofits. Their guides get 80 hours of training—double the industry standard—on safety techniques, Hawaii’s rich history and culture, and the islands’ delicate ecosystems.
