we've been trusting CMAC for atleast the past 16yrs. we've seen the front desk change over multiple times BUT, the pet care remains out standing. When our pets need attention and I am a crying mess, the voice on the other end is comforting. we get sympathy cards!! who does that? Dr. Ben listens to my concerns - I am a worry wort - and he explains over and over if needed. My pets love him and we do too! They are fair, considerate, knowledgable business people that KNOW THEIR BUSINESS! love them!

I do not recommend this clinic. Twice I have been given medications for my dogs without any warning of their side effects. The vet did not mention anything during our appointment, and there was nothing printed on the medication bottles. A week ago Rimadyl was given to me for my six month old puppy. After three days and no change, I looked the medication up online. It turns out that the medication has some serious side effects including death. I prefer to see a vet that has enough respect for me and my animals to keep me fully informed. When I called to talk to Dr Lasisse, he did not even bother to come to the phone. I would like to express my heart felt thanks to the entire staff at the Central Maui Animal Clinic, as Ive been a long time client and have had a wonderful experience each and every time I've gone there. The care and compassion that has been displayed to both my animals and family have been above reproach. The owner Dr. Martin, has still maintained the same level of service that was established since the start of the clinic through pride in service and great managerial staffing.
