These people are the worst I have ever seen they are way too over priced and just bottom line RUDE and Disrespectful. The lady in the front just trash talked other businesses and has zero professionalism. Do not I repeat do not have your car towed here if fixed here they will jip you out of your money. Terrible customer service.

They Lie to you They don't give you all of the information you need.I did not have enough cash with me to pay to get my car towed out of a ditch,I called my wife to get Cc number ,the driver DID not tell me that It had to have it with me.The pull out went from $150 to $225 now due too the fact they towed it to their office.I had the payment arrive just when they were rolling the car off.They would NOT allow us to pay for it because now it was a police impound.Following morning we went to the police dept to get a release the car was not a impound the driver (named Happy) not.. Lied to us, we went to pay for the car They had no keys,Happy took them home with him.We had to wait 45 minutes for him to come back.Then it was cash only ,we had to go get cash then ,we could have used that 45 minutes waiting on Happy to go and get the cash.
Bottom line is AVOID this company if you can!! If I could give them zero stars I would

hello i dont think thats fair,,,,district was great to me,,they are very professional,,,i needed a tow last week . they picked me up,then towed my car.i will use them again;;;;

be careful of these people! they think they are above the law and will try and make you pay for things that you don't have to pay for! If the shop is CLOSED you don't legally have to pay storage for that day!! They will tell you you do have to pay it, but you DON'T! And that's just one example. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

On 9 Jul 07, District employees failed to tow our car to a dealer 9 miles away from their office for nearly 9 hours and the employees kept telling me it was on its way soon. It was a wasted day.
