General Info

You deserve to have the opportunity to change, to reach your goals in all aspects of your life and be the person that you want to be, and yet sometimes there can be barriers to making such positive change. I enjoy working with teenagers, adults and the elder population. I believe in empowering the people I work with to accomplish their own goals, understand their triggers and use positive coping skills when dealing with adverse situations in their life.
