Wife went in for tires for a Ford Escape. You'd think for just under $600 they'd bother to a] Put the brake dust covers back on b] secure the spare c] take two seconds to wipe the wheels and glue off the tires. Ever wonder why women don't trust mechanics?? They seemed used to apologizing though!

My son and I took his 2002 Honda in to fix several different problems. It appears that 3 out of the 4 problems had to do with a computer issue that they did not have the proper equipment to fully repair. However, the mechanic, John, tried every angle he could. He took the whole car apart trying to isolate the issue. They had the car for 2 days. When I went to go pick-up the vehicle they did not charge me for the brake service & referred me to another company who did have the equipment to properly locate the computer malfunction. They were terrific!!! John truly worked hard to fix everything!! Signed my son up for a rewards card and we will definitely be using Pep Boys in Jupiter again & again! Many thanks!!
