Worst mechanic I've ever dealt with. They had my car for over a month did only 1/3 of requested work and then when I picked up my car there were major components still not put together (they forgot to do it and apologized for almost letting me drive my car away with parts flopping around in the engine bay).

Provided by YP.comBest mechanic in the area. I bring all my vehicles there. I highly recommend them. I've given them opportunities to rip me off (like telling them to do whatever needs to be done) and I end up leaving with only an oil change and tire rotation and their seal of approval for the vehicle being in good shape with no further work needed. These guys are fast, honest and as cheap as you'll find in the area. They do good work for a fair price and that is all that I can ever ask for. A good local shop!

The first time I used this place I had a low tire, they told me I needed a new tire and it would be $400.00. I then called around and found several cheaper prices at a friends suggestion. However my car was already there and price isn't the only thing. I prepaid for the tire and was told it would be ready the next day because it had to be ordered. I waited and waited to get a call, so I started calling, three days later I received my car. A few months later 04/05/13 I had another flat (no fault of the companies just another nail) however this time the tire was patched and when I got it home I found small scratches in my rim all the way around the lip. I immediately called and talked to someone, his immediate response was no way, then I asked if I could bring it in for them to look at. I went in there the next morning told him I was not looking for anything for free, just wanted him to see it so he could make sure it doesn't happen again. He was very rude, got very upset with me(I didn't scratch it), then told me he didn't want my business anyway get out of here. I am in the customer service business, no one likes a complaint, but if you don't handle them properly it can affect your business. I am amazed at this companies responses and there HORRIBLE CUSTOMER service skills.

Provided by YPmobileI have read all past reviews and I must say the other people must be in intense therapy, for I was treated with the utmost respect. I have been bringing my vehicles to theses guys for some time and their work and attitude is outstanding. Keep it up guys!

Provided by YPmobileI had my truck towed there from the ford dealer after the dealership told me it was going to be about $11,000 to fix my engine. Master auto care fixed my engine and did a few performance / fuel economy upgrades and kept the cost under $8,000. The truck had 120k on it then and now it has 187k and is running like new! I am very pleased with the work that was performed on my Ford f250 diesel and the customer service was outstanding!

Provided by YP.comI had the same horrible experience of having paid for 2 major repairs that failed within 30 days, not only did they not offer to look at the repair and replace the parts they used or even try to make an effort to fix the problem in any way. On top of the terrible job they did, they gave even worse service, the acting midget manager told me off on the phone when I called to express my concerns and ask for help with the matter. When I came by the shop he told me to leave or he would call the police, by far the worst shop I've ever seen with the most disrespectful staff I have ever had to
deal with. I am calling the better business bureau about this tomorrow to report them, they didn't even fix the problem I paid them for and then basically told me - too bad not their problem and they don't want my business (after I paid them over $1000) I will also be contacting an attorney about this ~ maybe we can start a class action lawsuit, if this is how they do business~I'm sure more people will come forward.

Provided by YP.comBoth major repairs done didn't last 30 days. Nothing but stories. No fix, no refund, just the run around. Then wouldn't take calls. Had to go to attorney!! Suggestions? Grow some...ethics.
