- Primary CareIf your insurance is an HMO/managed care plan and you are required to obtain a referral from your primary care doctor, the referral must be obtained before you can be seen for an office visit. - Family PracticeBozena, also known as Bo, worked in a Family Practice office for 3 years in upstate New York when she first graduated as a Physician Assistant. She then moved to Florida and joined Palm Beach Orthopaedic Institute in 2007 working solely with Dr. Clay Baynham. Bo has been assisting in surgery for the past 10 years. She sees patients with Dr. Baynham in our office and trauma patients in the hospital. Bo enjoys assisting in pre- and post-operative care of patients while tending to all of their needs. She understands that when a patient has a spine injury or disorder, it significantly affects their quality of life. She takes pride in getting to know each patient, answering all questions thoroughly, and watching their improvement post-operatively, making Bo an integral member of Dr. Baynham’s team.
- Emergency CareIf you visit an urgent care or emergency room prior to being seen at PBOI, please bring any imaging (ie x-rays) to your appointment.
- ElectrocardiogramPatients undergoing inpatient procedures or major surgeries will need routine blood work and a urinalysis performed within 4 weeks leading up to your scheduled surgery date. In addition, a chest x-ray and EKG may be ordered. A physical examination will be performed by your primary care physician within 1 month of surgery.
- Internal MedicineBefore joining the team at Palm Beach Orthopaedics Institute, Gabriela worked in a multitude of medical settings including Regenerative Medicine, Endovascular, and Urology-Oncology. She also comes with a very strong background in internal medicine from several years of experience. She is very passionate about the medical field and enjoys keeping up to date on the latest trends and findings by attending conferences, learning directly from Dr. Mora, and using up to date resources.

- EndoscopyIn addition to his medical school training, he has completed extensive postgraduate training in laser surgery, endoscopy and advanced trauma care. He is board certified in foot and ankle reconstructive surgery and tries to bring the latest technologies to the Palm Beaches. He is trained in the new shockwave nonsurgical care for chronic heel pain because he wants his patients to always receive the latest treatments.
- Carpal Tunnel SyndromeDr. Kearse already did my left carpal tunnel surgery, I just went back and him do my right hand. This was a great experience even if it is surgery. Dr. Kearse is really an amazing surgeon and I highly recommend him if you need this done too.
- UltrasoundPersonnel were very personable and welcoming. Dr. Leighton was thorough in the exam and prescribed a cortisone shot which was administered by Margaret under ultrasound - relatively painless in spite of the size of the needles.
- MRIYou must bring your disc with your MRI images and your written MRI report to your appointment for your MRI review. The imaging center will provide you with the images and it usually takes about two days for imaging centers to complete your report.

He went ABOVE AND BEYOND, on thanksgiving eve to see us and schedule us with a top surgeon to get this procedure done asap. Amazing treatment of us, the office staff were caring and extremely pleasant to deal with. Would not goto another dr. at all for orthopedics!
