I am the one you spoke to on the phone. The phone connection was bad and I felt bad having to ask you to keep repeating what you were saying. I asked you to call back. I was waiting for your call back, and mentioned to my co-workers that could not discern all of your words. I should have handed the call to a co-worker, as I do have a hearing loss. I hope I can have an opportunity to make up any slight you may feel, as I am really not the type of person you described in your review of my employer. The rudest person I talked on the phone ever!! He didn't let me even explain what I need was constantly interrupting me and said that I have language issue!!! Unheard of! Learn to be attentive, professional and polite with your potential customers! And learn manners!

This has got to be the worst photog shop ever. I have been here twice (giving them the benefit of the doubt) and received substandard service both times. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Attempted to scam me to pay more for services, then when caught in the act insisted it was the right price, suspect.

Rip off Tried to charge me for 4 dvds and give me 2 then Completely changed prices and agreement I left without any dvds at all copied from videos for my presentation as the sales person still kept on insisting I pay for 4 dvd when there was only 2, began to think I was on candid camera Total waste of my time And no result
