I was actually refused care because I declined new X-Rays (mine are 2 years old) because I might be pregnant. She wouldn't even do a teeth cleaning without doing the X-Rays. They actually tried pressuring me to get them even though it's likely I'm pregnant. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me. On the phone, I was led to believe I'd be able to receive care but once I made the actual trip, I was denied. My husband even took time off work to watch our son. I was very shocked and disappointed.
