Update! So these guys got a "recipe" without a huge amount of information from an order clearinghouse called Aves Flowers. They would have done something completely different. They told me to bring my flowers in and they would make up a new one that I would like! Awesome customer service! Thank you so much for something beautiful!

My husband ordered a birthday bouquet sent to me. Because they were out of helium for the ordered balloon, they shoved a bunch more flowers in there making the whole thing look like they'd bought a bouquet from Costco and jammed it into a too small vase. Looks like a choked basketball not ANYTHING remotely birthday. This bunch of flowers is doing the exact opposite to my mood from what my husband intended. Plus the "arrangement" (if you can call it that) is so crowded, lop sided and artistically appalling, I'm ready to pull it's ugliness apart and arrange with more thought into two vases. Dislike!

Unprofessional, delivered a cancelled order, wrong item too and then called the recepient and was rude complaining that the cancellation and delivery cost owner money.
