Friendly Hills Elementary School is a coeducational institution that is a part of the Morongo Unified School District, which operates more than 15 schools and has a total enrollment of nearly 9,600 students. The school has a staff of over 20 full-time certified teachers and paraprofessionals that includes resource specialists, a media clerk, psychologist, nurse, and speech and language pathologist. Friendly Hills Elementary School has business and educational alliances with Masonic Lodge, Sizzler, Sportsman s Club, Copper Mountain College and Frasher s Photography. It conducts special classes in the English Language Learners, English Language Development, and gifted and talented education programs. Located in Joshua Tree, Calif., Friendly Hills Elementary School serves approximately 465 students in kindergarten through eighth grade.
