Let me start by saying i've been going to wawa for over 16 years, probably when there were 1 maybe 2 stores in harford county. I've ALWAYS been greeted with a big smile and a friendly associate. However tonight, i came in and purchased a togo bowl with a small side and bread. When i went to retrieve my food, i asked for a bag. The girl told me with an attitude to go up front and get a bag. So, knowing that normally they bag it up for me, i asked for the food bag. Rudely, she handed me a bag saying it was too small, so i placed my stuff in bag, which btw, fit perfectly. However, the way i picked it up, the side fell out. Again, the girl RUDELY says out loud....I TOLD YOU SO!!!! Now, i've been in customer service my entire working life...thats almost 30 years, and if i were to speak to a customer like that, i would be fired!!! So because of this worker, i will never return to the mountain road WAWA!!!!! which is a shame, because i live 2 blocks away!!!!ps normally it would be 5 stars..
