The Service Advisior that assisted me when I drove up was Tracy. He is AWESOME. He makes me laugh and I like his personality. He is the main reason why I keep returning to Terry Cullen for oil changes. Of course there are other places to go that are much cheaper for an oil change but Tracy is the reason why I keep returning. He is definitely a KEEPER. Please be sure to relay the message to him. I love in the downtown area of Atlanta, there are other Chevy dealerships to visit, however - Scott my service advisor is definately product knowledgeable, and always makes the visits very plesant.
