M.D. Roberts Middle School is located in Jonesboro, Ga. The school provides general academic programs to students in grades six through eight. It conducts classes in language arts, math, science and social studies. It supports a variety of sports activities, such as football, volleyball, basketball, and track and field. M.D. Roberts Middle School also provides special education programs to gifted and talented students. The school has a parent-teacher-student association that conducts fundraising activities, including musical programs, food drives and spelling competitions. It offers a range of extracurricular activities that includes dance, fine arts, and technical and physical education. In addition, it features an orchestra and reading club. The school provides food, transportation, guidance counseling and medical care.
