If I could give this store negative stars, I would. The installers went to my home address instead of coming to the installation address. But, the rep had been to the correct address, and I had discussed it at length with her - Anna. She quickly accepted blame for the delay. When the installers arrived (2 hours late) , they put their drinks in the fridge without asking, and unloaded some carpet and 4 of the 6 installers left. That was 4 hours ago! Two hours after that, at 2:00 pm, I called and Anna said my job would be completed first and the installers were on the way back. Not one of them has returned. So either Anna was "mistaken" or the installers do whatever they want. By the way, I rent this property and I am only here for the install. I've already paid in full! I'm on the verge of canceling the rest of the job and paying the one guy for his labor! I had a great experience the first time I used this store, it the second time the installers were calling me names in Spanish. But I decided to give them another try. What a chump I've been. Not a single piece of carpet has been cut or laid in 4 hours! Apparently, customer service has been replaced by the priority of making the next sale. Oh, ANNA was very timely in getting my credit card info - no delay there. Don't be chumped like I've been. Stay away from Carpet Depot Jonesboro.
