Toms Lock and Key are very reliable and professional. There is no job to big or small. They have helped my family and I out for years now! From making new house keys to replacing car keys. Even being locked out of our vehicles. They will travel out side of the Jonesboro area. Troy is an excellent locksmith and very professional and friendly. Tom's came out and changed the locks on my house late one night after my house was broke into and didnt jack up the prices like some of the others i had called. The man was very nice and even helped me with another problem i had with a inside door. Great place!!!

Didn't have a good expierence at all. Noone ever came when he said he was on his way, I sat waiting at home for hours trying to call back several times. Thats just not how you conduct business if you want to stay on business.
