Ive used Tax Matters for several years and I also had Ann do a loan modification for me. The process was smooth. Ann was wonderful. I followed the protocol and got all needed information to them. I ended up with a lower payment and lower interest rate. I cant say enough about this business. They go above and beyond!!!!!

Our original appointment was 2/13/15 and we provided all the requested documentation to have our taxes prepared. After a few weeks I hadn't heard anything. I emailed five times, called seven times with no response and I am sitting in this lady's office right now because I decided to pick up my tax papers and take them somewhere else. This woman has LOST all of my ORIGINAL documents from employers, 401K's, etc. I have never worked with a more unprofessional office or person in my adult life. Very very bad service. And disappointing considering we were referred by someone.
