ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. Dreamz Elite is the worst gym to bring your cheerleader. The owner/coach is not only completely unprofessional, she is toxic, abusive, and abrasive in every way. She verbally abuses the athletes and claims it is coaching. She is the farthest thing from a coach. Also, she has zero customer service. She is under the impression that even though she is being paid thousands of dollars, that somehow she is doing you a huge favor. There are dozens of cheer gyms in our area with far better records and reputations; pick one. BTW, she is now trying to say this awful gym is under new ownership. Don't be fooled as that is not the case...she is the original owner. Check out the Google Reviews to see the truth about her and this gym. You can see by her responses that she has zero accountability. The only positive reviews are from 12 year old kids. Stay away...stay far far away!!! Go check out Gymtyme Illinois, Team Illinois, or ICE. They are reputable and successful cheer gyms unlike this place. The price is also the same regardless of what the owner claims.
