I bought a truck from Adolph's in Hornerstown in March 2014 and we took the paper work over to Eleanor Zuccolotto in which she was on vacation. So her daughter did the transfer to the state. I should've got my title and sticker in a week or so. I never got it so I called the Zuccolottos and they didn't know why and wasn't trying to find out. It took me to do all the work after I paid for this service to find out what went wrong. Well she didn't record the laden weight. So I felt she should've gave me another temp tag because the one I had ran out. She didn't. I ended up getting my sticker and title on Aug. 8 2014. Now my sticker is outdated in Feb 2015. I called her and told her this is not right and that I should get some kind of reimbursement. This lady started yelling at me and acting a fool on the phone. I WOULD NOT recommend this service to anyone. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.
