Ok this is directed at the previous poster...you clearly frequent this page to bash this bar. Why are you bring up old news? Yes the bar was shut down because two previous bartenders that were FIRED over a half a year ago were caught serving after hours. Problem eliminated. As for the health department...a jelous rival bar who's owners clearly have no life have to report trophys and the report came back with perfect ratings. Get your facts straight before you start spreading rumors. Have a nice day

Why does a Bar/Restaurant get shut down for a week? Is it because they serve alcohol after hours and let patrons take drinks out of the bar and leave? That is what this bar did and why it was shut down in November according to the PLCB. Not a ringing endorsement for an establishment. Why do their own employees contact the Department of Health about the spoiled food they are being told to serve customers? The people running this place clearly do not know how to run a good bar restaurant and do so in a legal manner. So you now have a business desperate for customers who want to take a risk and spend money here. Not many come back satisfied actually not many even come back. Probably why the place is for sale for a ridiculous price. Nothing will fix this place until the ownership management is gone but most likely this place will close down with most debts never repaid. Simply stated it is a very poorly run bar/ restaurant that refuses to rid itself of the management that made it terrible.

It's funny, all of the reviews are along the same lines insulting every aspect of the place. I've been there several times and have recieved nothing but great serivice. The food is what I would expect, bar food...cuz ya know your actually eating in a bar. The bartenders aren't ugly and are pretty quick with drinks...I think someone is purposely bashing this place out of jelousy...get a life!

The previous reviewer said it right this is Johnstown's bar for the misfits criminals. If you don't get attacked and assaulted in the bar the three ugly chick bartenders will make sure to talk about you and tell their boss that you want them. No decent person would want to go here it is a trash bar with bad drinks, even worse food and the worst service possible.

As far as this place being a "Bar" from what I have seen they rarely have more than 1 or 2 customers if there are any at all at night. They are rude to the customers and that explains why there are so few. I live nearby so it would be great if this place could be fun and a success but sadly the people running this tavern are boobs! Now that January is here the wind is gonna howl and the snow is gonna fly and nobody is going to want to hang out at this poor excuse for a bar. They may win an award however for being the place in Johnstown where you are most likely to be assaulted and robbed. They have had some serious assaults take place here because the staff here allows retards criminals and people banned at other bars to make this their home. The people that work here all look like they can not get a job anywhere else--I would never eat food from this place the staff looks dirty and unclean.

Probably the worst bar in Johnstown. It looks like an old store that was remodeled to be a bar and that is exactly what it is. A set of two glass doors lead you inside to what was once Mr. Willies Video rental store and later Moooovies and finally Video Update. It sat empty for a few years unused until the folks that ran a nearby bar/restaurant went bankrupt and decided they could open a new bar that would be a success. The problem is they did not know how to run a business in the first place and clearly they are still clueless. They hire the worst DJs to play music so loud the customers with money leave to go elsewhere. The drinks are poorly made and lack booze and the bartenders look like they could not get hired anywhere else so they unhappily ended up here. There jobs seem to be trying to be rude to customers and make them never want to return. If you want to see how not to run a bar then you need to see this place but do not be surprised if there are no other customers there!

My husband and I stopped in on a weekday night a little after nine pm and were told we could not get food. There were no customers there at all so not much of a bar we looked around the place and could not figure out what exactly it was? Is this a bar or a restaurant or what? Since they do not seem to have any customers we figured they are as confused as we were and left long ago never to return. I suggest you avoid this disaster of a business and go elsewhere!

Went there on a Saturday night late. There were no customers in the place except one old woman who was visibly drunk. We had one drink and left. The drinks were expensive and short on booze so bad-- bad-- bad. The place is just terrible even the employees look like rejects who could not get a job anywhere else. Anyplace else would be a better choice!

When I went on a Sunday no one that was eating seemed to like anything that they served. The staff is usually running outside to smoke and gossip and customers seem to be of no concern to them. At one point we were left alone inside while all the employees there smoked outside. It was creepy. After 9pm the restaurant closes and it becomes a bar. Then we were left with a scary looking man with prison tattoos all over his arms to bartend. He looked and acted psychotic. They do not even wear uniforms or nametags so you can not call the manager and report them if you wanted. He spent most of his time texting and going to bathroom

There are few customers there and lousy service from rude dirty looking employees. Terrible tasting food and bad drinks. Most of the people that work there seem more concerned about going outside to smoke than giving good service. Do NOT waste your time and money on this place!

As a bar or nightclub it is usually terrible because there is no one there. If you enjoy drinking in an empty cavern you might like it but my friends and I felt it was creepy.

My wife and I went there on a Saturday early evening a young woman took our food order and gave us drinks. We paid for the drinks and ordered food afterwards. Then a man came with tattoos all over his arms and went behind the bar. He got into what looked like an argument with the young woman and then another man who came out from the kitchen. We waited about 30 minutes to receive our burgers and fries when a man beside us told us his food was terrible. Still no word on where our food was the young woman left and never came back in the bar. The guy with the tattoos seemed to be in charge of the bar now but was busy fighting with kitchen staff. We decided we really did not want to eat at this place and left after waiting 40 minutes. From what we could see the people eating there did not like the food and the staff was running outside to smoke and then back inside to argue with each other. It really was so terrible we thought there could be a hidden camera.

The food is actually terrible so much so that even if you are hungry you wont want to eat it. How can a place not know how to make fries? Well the fries here are hard as rocks and tasted burned. This place has got to make the list of the ten worst restaurants in Johnstown.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The food is horrible tastes like it has spoiled and they do not seem to want to give you your money back when you tell them you can not eat it. There were no customers in the place when we went so we should have realized this place was terrible. The staff seems to only want to go outside to smoke not really there to work. Never again for us!

Ate supper there and decided to stay for a band that was playing. The bar was too large for the small crowd and the music was so loud we could not stay inside without having our hearing ruined. The drinks were not good and had little liquor in them for the price we were charged. The food was not good either. This was a real disappointment we ultimately left to go somewhere that we could enjoy ourselves. This place was not it.

The food is terrible absolutely terrible. I was afraid to eat it because it looked old and meat was grayish and looked like it was spoiled. Drinks tasted odd my liquor tasted like there was water added to it. Service was poor and the staff looks dirty. I can not stress enough how terrible this place is to eat or drink.

I wish I could give this place a zero because that's what it deserves! The kitchen staff looks dirty, the waitresses are air-heads (not to mention they aren't very good looking) the owners are rude and I've actually saw them arguing before. I had food poisoning from their Butter Garlic wings. This is Westmont, you can take your trash back down to Johnstown.

This place sucks don't waste your time or money!
