I bought several things from parts to a washer. They go out of their way to get you the best price they can. They are definitely the best appliance store in Johnstown for parts and appliances. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I bought a refrigerator back in February, paid 290.00. 34 days after buying it the freezer stopped defrosting even though we left the settings on the lowest settings like we were told. They sent out a repairman and he said he fixed it. 2 weeks later we had the same problem. Repairman told us the compressor was bad and since the refrigerator is 21 years old he can't get parts. R&R said if we gave them another 100.00 plus the refrigerator we just bought they would sell us another 20 year old refrigerator. Why would they want the other one back if you could not get parts? It is junk. Upon searching online I trouble shooted and found the drain tube plugged.refrigerator is now defrosting and working as it should. .
