We had the security system installed at our home last year, first the system is great but the the tech support is terrible. We were out of town last year and couldn't view our home on our laptop so we called tech support he called us about a day later. He wasn't very clear how to view it out of town, never did get it up. Recently I called again about viewing from our laptop, so far my call has not been returned. Nice system but god forbid if you have a problem. Lousy customer support. Wouldn't recommend to a friend.
