I purposely marked my dog twice with a spot of dirt on its belly that would easily come off if they actually bathed it.twice I did and twice they did bath it ,she was still matted and seamed they just sprayed her with some deodorizer.i have heard several horror stories about this place.my neighbor told them not to flea dip her dog and they did and it died a few days later.these people are horrible do not trust them with your beloved pet,there are plenty of better places to go!
