I went to Luu nails today and asked the manicurist to please keep my nails the shape and length that they were, picked my color and asked for a simple white daisy with a yellow center on my pinky nail. THE ONLY THING THEY GOT CORRECT WAS THE COLOR BC I SHOWED THEM THE BOTTLE!!! They completely changed the shape and length of my nails to the point they were extremely short and looked really pathetic with the manicure. I could not believe how badly she shaped my nails! She obviously did not know what a daisy was bc I got some funky lines with dots that looked nothing like a flower what so ever! Also, the manicurist was really cutting back my cuticles and I was concerned that she was actually going to draw blood! I will never go back there again!

Do not go here!! I have been getting my nails done for 8 years and have never had a fungus under my nail, I started going there and its happened twice. They are also unbelievably rude!

I love it here! I would not go anywhere else!!!

The older woman is always telling me my nail's are dry and they aren't. The guy who put my nail's on had no idea what he was doing if you don't get Tony forget it then. Tony is what make's that place.

They did a good job after I went back and asked them to fix my nails. They didn't put the gel coat on evenly. They are in a big hurry here and don't seem to care what you want done. I asked for one thing and got another and when I tried to explain myself I was rushed along and told I didn't want what I was asking for. On my return trip to get things fixed I was treated really rude.
