Overall a decent place. I originally took my Riccar sewing machine in for repair (purchased elsewhere) and they repaired it, but it broke again soon after. They said it was not repairable but offered me the cost of the labor (not parts) towards the purchase of a new machine. I am very happy with my new Babylock, I was given personal instruction in-store on the use of the machine. The customer service for my new sewing machine has been great. Most of the staff is very nice except for the older lady who always seems to talk down to me like I am a child. I think she believes that anyone under 50 could not possibly know how to sew- which of course is not true!

This place tried to rip off my elderly parents. They brough a vacum in for repairs and were told it would cost over $300. My parents were smart enough to take it elsewhere and it turned out to be a $35 repair. Watch these guys.

Kenny's is a great place for both sewing machines and vacuum cleaners. My wife has purchased both from this location. We have been incredibly pleased with the staff and service. Furthermore, the quality of the products purchased is incredible. We recommend anyone looking for either sewing machine or vacuum to give them a try.
