Ferndale Area Junior/Senior High School is a public school that provides educational classes to more than 350 students in grades 7 through 12. It is a part of the Ferndale Area School District, which has an enrollment of over 800 students in two schools. The school teaches a variety of subjects, such as mathematics, art, special education, Spanish and French, social studies, science, reading, English, business and technology education, family and consumer science, and health and physical education. Ferndale Area Junior/Senior High School provides coaching and training in a range of sports activities, including football, volleyball, golf, basketball, baseball and softball. It maintains various school organizations, including a band, cheerleading team, chorus, forensics, intramurals, and school clubs. Ferndale Area Junior/Senior High School is located in Johnstown, Pa.
