I have used mike a few times. He is honest and very reasonable very rare traits in his business.

No Kidding....we needed struts in the front and another local garage quoted us over $600! I bought the parts intending to install myself and then we found Mike's Service. He Installed the parts we had already purchased. Including the parts, the total cost was $230. Much more reasonable...we take all our work there...the only drawback is that he does not do allignments because he doesn't have the machine...but so what...anyone will do that. Great guy and HONEST to a "T".

EXCELLENT one man operation. Very frank, honest man. Has been working on vehicles since his teen years.We watched him do a repair of a hood latch rather than the expense of replacing it for an elderly gentleman and did not charge the man for that service at all.Has plenty of customers. Will not "sucker" customers for more service than what is needed, but also will not abide or condone illegal or unsafe vehicles leaving his garage.Charges are reasonable considering today's rates (In June 2006 rate was perhaps $45/hour?---cannot really remember exact shop rate). We brought the brand new part in (in the box) and he installed it very quickly. Hardly any wait time.BEST garage/mechanic we've dealt with in twenty years!
