My husband the only one working trying to catch up on the bills owe them try to make payment arraingements with them. Nope can't get oil deliverd. The way the economy is today you think they work with us no.then they have attitude with us. Been with them 11in years no longer a customer

Thank you guys! 5 stars!!! they came out to fix my heat over the weekend when my own (ex) oil company told me they couldn't get to me until Tuesday??? I have an elderly person in the house and cannot risk being without heat in this cold weather. The service tech was great. I am a very satisfied customer!

have had them since 2001. Oil is not cheap, but their service when needed has been impeccable. To me it is worth paying a little more for the oil in order to not be at the bottom of the priority list if problems arise. Their technicians have been very patient and willing to explain what was going on in detail. Never had trouble getting service when it was needed. When they come for routine service calls they are not pumping us to try to sell other things. Very fair, trustworthy.

thier weekend service is non-existant there is no communication between the main office and the techs. cant get billing issues straight sent wrong bill to us and wouldnt respond or credit in any where near a timly manner then wouldnt make emergency service call while my wife was home alone and 8 months pregnant. would recomend them to anyone. conacting BBB
