I would give 0 stars if I could. the only positive experience I had was with my sales person, Lisa, who was WONDERFUL. However, when I went to check out, my boyfriend and I were treated very rudely by the office manager. Any question we asked was met with a rude response, and we waited for over an hour for her to process our special order and arrange our financing. She was even rude to our salesperson, and when we needed to leave for 20 min. to pick up some bar stools we had purchased elsewhere, she made sure we knew that "they would be walking out of the store right at 9pm". Because of her horrible attitude, we decided to cancel our order and when we told her, she told us she would be "happy to help us" in cancelling our order. I will never, ever shop at this store again. The office manager there needs to be FIRED!!! You would think in this economy, a couple buying $8,000 in furniture with $1,000 down would feel welcome in Zak's!
