If you care about your dog, don't bring him/her here. I was told to bring my dog in early one Saturday for grooming and advised that he would be ready by that afternoon and to wait for their call. At around 5, I called out of concern and was told that my dog would be ready by 7 but wait for the call before coming. At 7 I was called and told that he would not be ready for another hour. By 9 pm, I still hadn't been called and I was a wreck, filled with guilt for leaving my dog there all day. I drove there and he was being finished up. The groomer chastised me for coming early! She said that she had taken him out and given him water throughout the day. When I took him outside, I didn't think he'd ever stop going to the bathroom. When we arrived home (finally), he ran straight to his water bowl and ended up drinking 2 full bowls of water. Needless to say, I will NEVER take him here again.

A not a good place to take poodles they put them in cages next to bigger dogs and tell you that your has cage fright. Mine lives in his doggie carrier at night and has no problems until we go there. Prices are a lot higher too!!! Service is not as expected there either have to wait longer on picking up your pet past the end of grooming time also. The only thing you can count on them for is to call when you pet is done.
