I got a call today to rate the delivery service for my washer and dryer scheduled to be delivered Friday (11-25). The delivery service was fine calling me that the dryers they had in storage were damaged....did I want any. I suggested the one with the small dent in the back of the dryer would be OK...Delevery was then scheduled for Saturday. I then got a call from the delivery service that the dryer was much more damaged than anticipated.... I rejected it. Today, I got a call from Lowe's asking me to complete a survey about my impressions of the delivery service with the delivery of my appliances. I thought the delivery service did a fine job informing me of the problem, but the survey for the evaluation did not give me options to explain that I thought Lowe's was either incompetent or that their supplier should be terminated. I was not able to get the washer and dryer and will now need to schedule at a later time. The delivery service was fine..I am disssapointed in Lowe's

Lets build something together? How bout lets load something together! I have went there twice with my 4 year old while keeping here with me when I'm off work. I asked the clerk the first time this occurred if he could help me load my sheet rock he didn't say no but looked at me like NO and no one was in line behind me and my truck was within spitting distance, I loaded it myself. Then today there where employees every where when I purchased some more sheet rock. I ask the clerk if she could get someone to help and she looked at me funny and picked the phone up I guess to get someone to help. I stood out under the shed for 7 minutes and no one showed. I'm not weak I would just like to get it loaded without breaking it. After 7 minutes a nice customer was the one who helped me load it. I remember when me and my Dad went to Lovens Lumber Company and didn't have to touch our purchase till we got to our job.
