i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because.We tried this restaurant this past weekend. Walked in to very loud music, Seated promptly informed we were in for a treat as all chefs came from New York trained, waitress was acceptable . First clue should have been when 2 chefs came to the table. Our chef was being trained while cooking for us. He had to be constantly corrected on which oil to use. First off he BURNED the eggs black but still continued to roll into the rice basically ruining the meal, while trying to get toe onion stack he overcooked the vegetables . Finally about 15 minutes later he put some inferior cuts of meat on the grill and proceeded to smother the taste of the steak with an over abundance of sauce. The lead cook ( never touched the cooking) was constantly rude and instructing very loudly and laughing at his mistakes. There are too many good restuarants in the area to waste your time and money with this place. If you want to train cooks do it with your management and let them taste what is being serverd to customers paying full price. This will be our only trip to this restaurant . Mc Donald's would be much better choice . Avoid this restaurant if you want a good dining experience.
