We bought a new Kitchenaide Dishwasher in March of 2011. From day one it was a lemon. Olum's sent service people out to "fix" it. Still didn't work. So a Kitchenaide tech was sent out. He took the control panel off and we had to wait for a new part. Thought it was fixed. Now the panel is falling off again, because it has been apart so many times. Olum's had another tech come out recently and we had to PAY for visit and now we need another control panel for $300.00. Olum's has no record of all the visits and problems. We will let it fall apart and go elsewhere for a new one. Olum's lost our business for new washer/dryer & stove!!!!!
