Been going here for year's.

I am extremely mad. I went there yesterday and asked for them to color my hair dark brown and then trim it up a little, but only like a quarter of an inch cause im trying to grow it out. this girl was new and younger than me (im 19) she didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. she had to ask the other hairstylists what to mix together for the color and then took forever to do it. the total process of m hair was like four hours long. she ended up dying my hair pitch black and butchered it. she had to have taken at least two inches off and it was all uneven. I also had to pay 90 dollars for the incredibly horrible job she did on my hair. I left with it wet and almost cried when I got home and saw it dry.
