I highly recommend this company! My refrigerator was purchased at Lowe's. They scheduled an appointment for me with Pro-Techs, because my refrigerator was leaking. Jesse repaired my refrigerator in June and he carefully explained to me how to follow up to avoid the problem again. He was on time to the appointment and was friendly, quick, and courteous.This month i had a different issue with my refrigerator and Lowe's scheduled another appointment with Pro-Techs. During the week that I was waiting for the appointment, we fixed the issue ourselves (It was just a matter of a temperature adjustment.) I called the number given to me in my confirmation email (A Lowe's service number) and cancelled the appointment. However, they never cancelled with Jesse. So he came all the way here for nothing! I would like to commend Jesse on his polite response to this mishap. I am sure that he could have been somewhere else, instead of wasting his time coming here for no reason. He did check the temperature for me to make sure it was correct. Thank you, Jesse, and Pro-Techs, for your excellent service!
