I called Bestway Appliance Repair to repair my elderly mothers washer.Chris came out and checked the washer and knew the problem right away. He had the part on his truck! He repaired the washer. While he was repairing the washer, he noticed a lint buildup behind the dryer. He blew out the dryer vent and corrected it!!

They got my machine fixed as soon as the parts came in. I have a special unit so we had to special order parts, but their office girl knew exactly what I needed and got them here as fast as possible. Very friendly & knowledgable staff!

Worst repair service around. Do not call them. After waiting 2 weeks for parts, the rudest, nastiest repair man showed up 4 hours late without a call then left without doing anything! Do your self a favor and call someone who knows what customer service is.
