Established in 2005, Frantz Electric is a family owned and operated, full service electrical contractor proudly serving Jim Thorpe, PA and its surrounding areas. Frantz Electric combines the talents of two electricians. Bud Frantz "Buddy Bear" founded Bear Electric Inc. in 1969 and provided outstanding electrical service to the Bucks County PA area for over 30 years before relocating to his second home in Jim Thorpe, PA. His son Jim Frantz worked for Bear Electric from 1995 to 2002. During this time, Jim also recieved his college degree in business management. Father and son are back on top of thier game and have re-branded the family business as Frantz Electric to serve the Jim Thorpe, PA area.
