NASTY INHUMANE OWNER!! Rented 3 nights stay, in home town for my brothers funeral, room for myself & daughter. My sister & 3 children rented a room for 1 night. Check out at 11 & they came to my room to change for services at 1PM. Owner calls my room in the middle of us all getting ready to go to the funeral home & informs me I have to pay extra to keep my prepaid room for the night because I did not "ask permission" to have other people in the room!!! These "other people" had just stayed & paid him full rate for their room & were only in my room for less than 1 hour! When I refused, he had the audacity to call the police on me & he KNEW why we were in town!! Repeated stating, "My motel, my rules." As if dealing with roaches, leaking refrigerator, a supposed cable/satellite outage, a broken toilet tank cover, & faulty air conditioner (expected & accepted due to the rate & our circumstances) weren't enough he added extortion to the list! WORST EXPERIENCE IN A HOTEL EVER!!!!!
