This company charges a $425.00 DEPOSIT on all new connections. This is an unfair amount. Most people do not have that much cash on their person when moving in a new place. On top of the electric deposit, they also have to have first months rent and deposit. With the economy the way it is, it seems $425.00 is TOO STEEP and UNRIGHTEOUS! They could at least let the customer pay this in payments tacked on to their current bill. $20.00 per month extra plus current bill to fulfill a deposit amount.
