As I walked in this restaurant, I noticed immediately how immaculate the tables and floor was; the clean smell. The server was genuinely sweet and helpful. I felt welcome, our tab wasn't put on our table before our meal was finished, (as in most restaurants is done traditionally) making us feel like we could take our time enjoying our meal. This restaurant impressed me with it's laid back disposition. Smiles, Curtosy, and an occastional " Is everything ok?" from our waiter. This is a five star restaurant. Our meal was hot and freshly cooked. I was served Bisco Ranchero, which is a steak in special red sauce (awesome) which was quite tender and very tasty, complimented by refried beans and rice.
