      The Wellness Center at Hamilton Park is a premium outpatient facility devoted to the fields of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy and rehabilitation. Our state of the art gym is fully equipped with the most up to date equipment in physical therapy. We deliver quality care for a wide variety of problems including, but not limited to; orthopedic injuries, sports injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, chronic pain, work injuries, balance training and many more. At The Wellness Center, each patient will receive a thorough evaluation, education about their condition, and one-on-one hands on care. A comprehensive treatment plan will be designed to meet your individual goals. Also, our highly-trained team of therapists and administrative staff are committed to providing you with an atmosphere that is friendly, caring, and accessible. Working together we will accomplish your rehabilitation goals and improve your quality of life.

      The PT here is awesome. My fo...

      The PT here is awesome. My foot was injured when I was hit by a car and she has been helping me in my recovery. Henrietta spends a dedicated amount of time focused on just my foot - stretching, strengthening and realligning all the parts of my foot including my ankle and parts of my leg. When done, I am certain that my foot will be even better than it was before the accident. I feel very fortunate to have been referred here.
