I recently used Regina's Maids to do a move out cleaning for my apartment. Their service was excellent and helped save me a lot of time during the move. The cost and time for the cleaning was just what they quoted prior to the job.

We had a terrible experience with Regina's Maids. Don't use them. They are expensive and they tell you one thing on the phone - that the job will be finished in a certain amount of time. But then they take FOREVER cleaning a small portion of your place only to then tell you they need more time to finish the job which will cost more money. They went into personal belongings they had no business going into. Seriously. I have never had a more horrific customer service experience in my entire life than when I complained to their supervisor/head office AND if I was a quadriplegic and my options to clean my home were to do it myself with my disabled, blind neighbor or have Regina's Maids do it, I'd clean it myself with my disabled, blind neighbor. That's how bad it was.

My experience with Regina's Maids made me want to call the Better Business Bureau. Yes, it was that bad. Don't use them. When I called them to book the job and explained what I wanted done they told me it would be done in the allotted time. When it wasn't they told me I would have to pay for another hour. They didn't prioritize the job and left with it half done. When I called the office to complain they put me on hold for 10 minutes and then offered to come back the next day to do a 'touch up'. 'Touch up?' I said. 'I don't need a touch up I need HALF my apartment cleaned which is what you told me would happen in two hours.' They spent the whole time cleaning my bedroom and livingroom and barely touched the kitchen, bathroom and the 2nd bedroom. I wish I had read the online reviews of this place before I booked them because just about everyone I've read after the fact has indicated that they don't do the job in the allotted time and then expect you to pay more. No thank you!

My experiece with Regina cleaning service was somewhat upsetting. the maids didnt understand english and one of the maid took one hour in my bathroom which is small. they took there time which made me think they wanted more time for more money. if you are in a small bathroom like mines, thirty mins. should be enough time. move on to the next area, the maid in the kitche i can say done a perfevct job which require an hour. please retrain your maids when it comes to time, so that we can feel like we are paying for what you have done and not how long you been there. thank also make sure each maid know some form of english where they can communicate with your clients.
