Public School 1 is a research-based educational facility that focuses on integrating technology with real world projects. It serves more than 250 students in prekindergarten through grade three. Its early childhood program focuses on reading and writing skills. The school s bilingual education for limited English proficiency students includes science, social studies and mathematics in native languages. Public School 1 also offers special classes for children with learning and behavioral disabilities. It additionally hosts various project fairs that highlight the school s culture and diversity.
