Located in Jersey City, N.J., the Hudson Vicinage Probation Division offers pretrial intervention, investigation, and adult and juvenile supervision services. The division also provides vocational rehabilitation and domestic violence treatment services. In addition, the Hudson Vicinage Probation Division administers the Comprehensive Enforcement Program (CEP), which includes payment plans for offenders. The division operates the Intoxicated Driver Resource Center, which provides counseling and inpatient treatment services. The Hudson Vicinage Probation Division additionally offers assessment and drug and alcohol testing services. The division enforces payment obligations for offenders whose sentences require them to pay fines and perform community services. It provides support and financial assistance services for crime victims.
