I have always had great service with these folks. The location is easy to get to from NYC via PATH train (although theres a long walk through the mall and car park to get there). If you live in the city you're used to walking anyway. Staff are nice. Cars are clean.

I agree, Dollar Rent a Car is the BEST!

BEST RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I WILL NEVER RENT ANYWHERE ELSE!I used to use Avis until their prices went thru the roof and their service went to the toilet. Dollar is works with their customers, offers free upgrades and remember's their customers. I really feel like my business is appreciated at Dollar. Also, their rates are the best that I've seen.

I tried this compnay because my regular car rental company was out of cars. What a horrible choice that was. I found the service to be average at best and the car I recieved was dirty and had a smell in it. Also, there rates were much higher but I had no choice at the time. I would NEVER EVER recommend this company.

My husband and I have rented from "Dollar" for our last several rental needs. We've only learned about their mall location just recently, but wished we've known about it long before. Except for several small signs, its location, which is inside the parking garage near Sears, is a bit tricky to find. Once you learn the way, though, you'll go back again and again. They have a great selection of vehicles and the rates are reasonable. The staff is courteous and friendly; they make every effort to be accommodating and have come through for us each time. Of course, we recommend making a reservation...it doesn't hurt. So, to the team at this location, we'd like to say: you guys are great; we'll see you again soon.
